Dear Sponsors, Contestants, Medias, and Visitors,

On behalf of the Phuket Cannabis Association, I would like to express our sincere gratitude for your participation in our first-ever Phuket cannabis cup. We understand that there may have been some shortcomings, but we are grateful for your patience and understanding as we navigate through hosting such an event for the first time.

Our main goal in organizing this event was to create a platform for the cannabis industry to come together, share knowledge, and express support for each other. We are humbled by the overwhelming positive feedback we have received and we welcome any constructive criticism that will help us improve ourselves as we continue along this journey.

We regret to inform you that we had to cancel the Bong Rips competition due to the sensitivity of the political climate. We understand the gravity of the situation, and as an organization, we want to ensure that we are not portraying cannabis in a negative light. The majority of the Thai population still sees cannabis as an illegal substance, and we do not want to send out any image that will make people misunderstand cannabis even more.

Despite the cancellation of the Bong Rips competition, we had four main competitions which were the Best Indoor Sativa, Best Indoor Indica, Best Indoor Hybrid, and Best Greenhouse. We also had two minor competitions which were Miss Cannabis Cup and Fastest Joint Roller. We hope that you enjoyed these competitions and that they added to the overall experience of the event.

As a team of young cannabis advocates, we may lack experience, but we do not lack the heart and passion for the industry. We welcome anyone who wants to be part of the movement to officially join our association through our website www.phuketcannabisassociation.com. Furthermore, we invite those who are willing to invest their time and energy in learning how we can improve the work of the association. We cannot do this alone, and we need your support to make this industry thrive.

Once again, thank you for your participation in this event and for bringing positive energy. We are excited about what the future holds and look forward to more exciting events in the future.
