วัตถุประสงค์ของสมาคม

Our Mission

ส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการเกี่ยวกับ การค้ากัญชา สนับสนุน และช่วยเหลือสมาชิก แก้ไข อุปสรรคข้อขัดข้องต่างๆ รวมทั้งเป็นตัวแทนในการเจรจาทําความตกลงกับ บุคคล ภายนอก หน่วยงาน ราชการ เพื่อประโยชน์ร่วมกันในการ ประกอบธุรกิจของสมาชิก We encourage, support and assist entrepreneurs in the marijuana cultivation and trade, by acting as an agent in negotiating agreements with third parties, agencies, government officials for mutual collective benefits of all members and its industry.

ส่งเสริมทําการศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับปลูกกัญชาให้กับบุคลากรนักปลูกไทย และผู้ประกอบการ แลกเปลี่ยนและแสดงความคิดเห็น เผยแพร่ความรู้ในทางวิชาการ ตลอดจนแจงข่าวสารการค้า กัญชาและความเคลื่อนไหวการค้ากัญชาในประเทศและ ต่างประเทศ We promote research studies on cannabis cultivation for Thai and local growers; and exchange opinions and disseminate academic knowledge. As well as notify news, and the movement of cannabis trade here in Thailand and aboard.

ส่งเสริมและจัดให้มีการพัฒนาด้านองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ กัญชา จัดงานกิจกรรม สัมมนา และ จัดงานแสดงสินค้า เพื่อ สนับสนุน กลุ่มสมาชิกและผู้ที่สนใจ We Organize PR events, seminars, and trade fairs to support members and interested parties, to promote the development and knowledge of cannabis industry.

ส่งเสริมพัฒนาบุคลากรแพทย์แผนไทยและบุคคลทั่วไป ให้มีความรู้และความสามารถให้การศึกษาและการจัด จําหน่ายให้เป็นมาตรฐานสากล We promote and provide training & development to Thai traditional medicine practitioners , and the general public with international standard bud-tending knowledge, skills and knowhow.

สนับสนุนจังหวัดภูเก็ตเป็นศูนย์กลางการผู้ค้ากัญชาด้าน คุณภาพ ตลอดจนส่งเสริม คุณภาพของกัญชาที่สมาชิก เป็นผู้ผลิตหรือจําหน่าย วิจัยและปรับปรุงการผลิตให้เข้า สู่มาตรฐานสากล We support and promote Phuket as a center for quality cannabis standard, as well as promoting Member’s products, together with R&D to compete with the international standards.

ร่วมมือกับรัฐบาลในการส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมการค้ากัญชา ให้สอดคล้องกับ นโยบายของทาง ราชการ และร่วมมือกับ สถาบัน หน่วยงาน องค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรม กัญชาทั้งในประเทศ และต่างประเทศ ตลอดจนส่งเสริมธุรกิจ การค้าและผลักดันการปลูกกัญชาให้เป็นพืชเศรษฐกิจของ จังหวัดภูเก็ต We cooperate and collaborate with the government in order to promote Phuket cannabis industry in accordance with its regulation and policy.

ร่วมมือ สนับสนุน และให้ข้อมูลเพื่อการผลักดันให้การขอ อนุญาตประกอบกิจการกัญชารวมถึงการกิจการแปรรูป ผลิตภัณฑ์ วัสดุ และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรม กัญชากัญชาของ สมาชิกให้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น และร่วมหารือกับ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อลดขั้นตอนการขออนุญาตให้ น้อยลง We support and provide information in order to help with business license application. In addition, we work with related department to minimize the application time for our members.

สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมให้ผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและธุรกิจอาหาร เครื่องสําอางและผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อสุขภาพที่มีกัญชา เป็นส่วนประกอบ สนับสนุนการนํากัญชามาช่วยสร้างมูลค่า การท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ โดยมุ้งเน้นให้ผู้ประกอบการปฏิบัติ ตามกฎหมายบนพื้นฐานมาตรฐานสากล We support and encourage businesses in cannabis-infused F&B, Cannabis cosmetics, and health related products. By supporting the use of cannabis, it creates added values for Thailand wellness tourism.
